Services

Two pillars of clinical care.

This practice is built around the work most outpatient dietitians don’t do: cancer nutrition across every treatment phase, and nutrition support for adults on tube feeding, TPN, or recovering from major GI surgery. Delivered by telehealth in CA, AZ, VA, CO, NJ, and IA.

The two service pillars

Where the practice focuses

Pillar 1

Cancer nutrition

Evidence-based, individualized nutrition for adults with any cancer diagnosis, at any treatment phase.

  • Newly diagnosed — build reserve before treatment starts
  • In active treatment — manage chemo, radiation, surgery, and immunotherapy side effects
  • Survivorship — long-term eating patterns and recurrence-risk reduction
  • Particular depth in GI, head & neck, hematologic, and post-surgical cases

Pillar 2

Nutrition support

Outpatient care for adults on home enteral or parenteral nutrition, or recovering from major GI surgery — a CNSC-led scope.

  • Home TPN (HPN) — formula, labs, troubleshooting, weaning
  • Tube feeding — G-tube, J-tube, GJ, NG; rate and schedule management
  • Ostomy & short bowel — hydration, output, electrolytes
  • Post-GI surgery — gastrectomy, esophagectomy, Whipple, colectomy
